چکیده

The transmission in automobiles is the core component to ensure operational stability. Heat accumulation meshing process will reduce efficiency and affect service life. Here, essential physical improve heat dissipation dynamic evolution thermal transfer characteristics of lubricating oil fields during gear meshing. This paper presents a modeling solving method for lubrication features based on volume fluid model piecewise linear interface construction (VOF-PLIC). mesh technique combines spring smoothing reconstruction optimize numerical solution process. law obtained by analyzing under different speed/steering conditions. results show that proposed could well reveal laws temperature regions was higher than other regions, showed an increasing trend with stirring As speed increased, resistance moment power loss larger gearbox. clockwise rotation driving G4 counterclockwise gear. relevant can provide theoretical references analysis automotive technical support profile design optimization.
